Copenhagen 14/4 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery Webshop. Pretty art on the can. Looks like a tunnel of water.
Pours hazy orange with a medium-sized dense white head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong malty, fermented odor, exotic fruit and a lighter whiff of citrus fruit. Bread, caramel. Peach and mango- Fermented decay. Notes of grape fruit and pine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, creamy texture with a very light tingle.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, fermented undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
A lot of aroma and flavor and heaviness without getting too drunk.
