No Worries About What Will Be is a double IPA with apricot purée and dry-hopped with Citra BBC, Amarillo and El Dorado.
It is the second of our No Worries series, following No Worries About What Was which arguably is one of our best DIPAs yet. With both beers, we've played with the water chemistry by adding sulphates and in turn, it makes the hop pop in your mouth.

Copenhagen 9/12 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. The can is purple with some rainbows in some strange patterns.
Pours hazy, golden yellow filled with sediments. Medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is sweet with hints of fermentation and decay. Lighter citric notes. Apricot, peach and papaya. Grape fruit and citrus. Light odor of alcohol.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, lumpy, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
A juicy, lightly fermented, not too boozy DIPA. Good one.
