Copenhagen 28/4 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery web-shop. Green tinged can with silhouette stretching the arms against the sky.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized, fluffy white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong fruity sweetness and sharp citric notes. Honey melon, peach and pineapple. Clementine and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with medium sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a lightly sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Well-balanced but with a dry, bitter bite.
