Copenhagen 30/10 2019. 44 cl can from Best of Beers (Web-shop). Orange-ish can with drawing of a bald and bearded guy - the King I suppose with a Crown floating half a meter over his head.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer and crawling up the side of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fruity with sweet exotic fruit meeting citrus fruit and with a light whiff of fermentation. Papaya and Peach. Citrus, lime and Grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft texture.
Flavor has a fairly strong fruity sweetness followed by a medium-strong bitterness. Strong bitter aftertaste with s light boozy burn. Semi-dry finish.
Well balanced DIPA from the bitter side of the street. Smooth and pleasant drink.
