Copenhagen 28/8 2025. 37,5 cl heavy glass bottle from Meny, Vermllandsgade, Kbh. S. Off white label with bit of pine tree as motif.
Pours opaque unclear orange with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a short while. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a medium strong sweetish ans herbal odor mingling with a more subdued tart scent. Sweet peach and currants. Pine and resin. Tart gooseberries and a little bit of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and a little thin- Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Tart but a little bit hin.
