We’re thrilled to introduce the first beer in our brand new series of wild ales, The Past & The Present: Raspberry Edition, releasing this Saturday. This series symbolizes all that once was and everything that now is here at Alefarm Brewing.
This oak-aged mixed-fermentation sour is conditioned on a generous amount of locally-picked fresh raspberries. The result is a beer with aromas of super fresh and juicy raspberries, leading to a sip that’s delightfully tart and sour.
The natural, juicy essence of raspberries adds a refreshing, fruity complexity that lingers on the palate, making every pour a celebration of pure, berry-infused goodness.

Copenhagen 28/9 2025. 3,5 cl heavy glass bottle from Meny, Vermlandsgade Kbh. S. Off-white label with red raspberries.
Pours opaque murky, dark burgundy with a small white head Bubbly. Disappears completely after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet hint of berries mingling with a sharp sour scent with a touch of funk. Raspberries and currants. Soon overpowered by tart gooseberries and sour cheese.
Rather strong carbonation- Thin oily, lively and tingling texture. Almost fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness neatly balanced by a medium strong tart sourness, Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
