Copenhagen 2/1 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Alefarm’s usual design with a mocha brown chocolate landscape as motif.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized light beige head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and sugary malty odor mingling with alcohol and dark bitter chocolate. Dark roasted malts, brown sugar, vanilla and sour milk. Dark alcohol hiding just underneath.
Light carbonation. Rather thick, viscous, oily, creamy, soft and texture. Gently tingling.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a pronounced sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet sugar and bitter coffee.
