Copenhagen 2/1 2026. 44 cl can from Mey Borups Allé, Frb. F. A strange compass like piece of machinery as motif on the can.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a big, fluffy white head. Settles beautifully as a 2 cm thick crown of foam obscuring the surface of the beer- Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger zest scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Sour citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and a little searing.
Zesty and fresh- Unlike Tycho Brahe.
