Copenhagen 8/1 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb, F. Can in Alefarm's usual design with a cosmic maelstrom in a variety of colors.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a stronger and distinct scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and pineapple, Lemon and lim. A bit tart.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while- Finish is quite dry.
I am certainly in high spirits after one of these.
