Copenhagen 19/2 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. White can in alefarm's usual design with a dark and scarred moon as motif.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized light beige head. Settles as paper thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of roasted dark malt mingling with sharp grains and earthy fumes. Caramel and roasted coffee beans. Leather. Sourish grainy notes,
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a slightly strong bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Sourish and bitter. Lingers for a bit, Finish is dry.
Light but nicely roasted specimen.
