Copenhagen 9/3 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Alle, Frb. f. Can in Alefarms usual design with a checkered motif in red and dark brown.
Pours clear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as an uneven lumpy later of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more prominent citric scent. Sweet peach and apricots Grapefruit and lemon. A little sharp with a dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
More "Modern" than "Barbaric".
