Bramling Cross & East Kent Goldings.
This Hoppy British Blonde is a refined, golden-hued ale that pairs the honeyed, floral sweetness of East Kent Goldings with the unique, dark-berry spice of Bramling Cross.

Copenhagen 17/3 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Can in Alefarms usual design with a cunning fox looking sneaky as motif.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 3 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts mingling with discrete, fruity English hops. Sweet pale malts and bread. Sweet peach and sharp tart currants.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced bye a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Elegant and subtle.
