DIPA with Columbus, El Dorado & Strata.
A velvety DIPA where Maltodextrin provides a lush body for the pungent resin of Columbus, sweet candy notes of El Dorado, and dank passion fruit of Strata.

Copenhagen 24/3 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can in Alefarm's usual design with a girl with a downcast look as motif.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of tart citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Sweet peach and nectarine. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Media thick, oily, soft, smooth, a bit viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while, Finish is dry.
No reason to lower your gaze.
