Copenhagen 3/6 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Can in Alefarm's usual design with a fine miniscule drawing of a brewing process as motif.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized, fluffy white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin but frothy layer of foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a tart scent of citrus fruit. A little bit sharp. Sweet peach and mango. Tart lemon and lime. A bit dry.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly creamy, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and little bit tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Neither much retro or gaming. But a solid NEIPA.
