After a full day of excellent French libations today, this is a perfect nightcap for us (and perhaps the best biere I've had over here). I went from 0 French brews reviewed to a bunch in just a few short days.
It pours a very deep brown, with no head (almost). The aroma is a lovely, boozy, sweet mess, as is the rest of the experience. I had some creme brulee here today (like many things, it really just tasted a little better, but we're in France). I was thinking this brew would taste pretty good over it but did not get to try it.
Highly recommended, if you are here and can get it.

Had on tap. Was curious with the main ingredients being risotto and coco, but man this was fun. Had a full and boozy pastry porter complexion in the body, with brown sugar, coffee, and creamy vanilla accents. Did finish a little sweeter than expected, but the graininess of the body helped counterbalance. Smelled light and airy though body and taste were anything but, dangerous at 12.5 abv.
