Whiskey Sour
Lake Drum Brewing

This was a true craft beer--that is, the bartender brewed it in a tiny "brewery" room at the side of the brewery. It was aged in old whisky barrels. It was absolutely superb--a dark, heavy beer with a sour whisky tang. He told us he would use the barrels again, but it wouldn't be quite so sour next time. Now that's what I call craft--great (like this one) or bad, but really made in tiny batches by hand. Bravo, Lake Drum!
