The short-lived, rocky, white head leaves merely a ring of lace on a Pretentious Beer Glass Company tulip glass. The beer is bright copper with some haze and a viscious film that leaves no legs.

Brettanomyces is quite prominent upon opening the growler. Sour notes immediately cause the mouth to water. Cherry is more subdued than expected and resembles jolly ranchers. Earthiness is clearly in the background.

This beer is very tart with sweetness closely following behind. Juicy cranberries mingle with cherries throughout. A long, tart finish includes light bitterness.

A light body and satin texture. The hint of alcohol peeks through sharp tartness. Carbonation is modest.

This beer was enjoyable on a lazy, hot, Summer afternoon.
