on draft at the brewery in Geneva. The brewer indicated this was aged in a barrel that held bourbon for 3 years and gin for 1 year.
black in color, tan head. aroma is roasted grains, but I also got a big woody cinnamon aroma from it. taste is very complex, the cocoa and espresso notes of the porter are balanced by the herbal earthy spice notes. smooth mouthfeel
