Brown color with with a bit of beige foam. Aroma has tart dried fruits like cranberries and other berries. Taste has bitter dark cherries, some wood barrel, slightly tart and dry. Light body with a soft carbonation. Really well integrated, complex flavors.

Enjoyed on tap in Lyon Bière Festival.

Wee heavy aged in Cognac and Sherry barrels. Quite tart for the style. Due to the cognac barrel aging according to the brewer and very funky from the Sherry.
