Copenhagen 24/4 2019. 33 cl bottle from Voldby Købmandsgård (web-shop). Really strange and weird label with a headless girl and bubbly ballons.
Pours hazy, milky golden yellow with small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Very modest lacing.
Aroma is very intense, sweetish and boozy. Sweet exotic fruit and berries. Strawberry, melon and pear. Boozy and fermented. Notes of tart berries and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, yet tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong citric sour bitterness. Aftertaste is tart, acerbic and bitter. Lingers for a while.
Fruity, sour bitter powerhouse. And I love the weird label.

Pours a deep golden amber coloration with a medium, foamy head and slightly visible carbonation. Smells intensely of tropical and stone fruit, with notes of peach, mango, passion fruit, white grape and just a hint of biscuity malt. Taste follows the nose, being dominated by hoppy triopical/stone fruit notes of peach, mango, passion fruit and white grape, as well as a light, grassy dankness and just a hint of biscuity malt. Finishes quite dry, with some dank tropical fruit notes lingering in the aftertaste. Sparkly mouthfeel with a medium body and medium/strong carbonation.
This is quite a nice Brut IPA that certainly has that typical dryness and sparkly mouthfeel going on, along with some nice tropical notes and a good dankness. Not a hint of booze to this either, very enjoyable brew.
