A French imperial stout brewed with peanut butter. It pours black and moderately thick from a 33 cL bottle, with a thin half-finger of head. Light sweetness on the nose over dark-roasted grains. Lots of roast on the palate, with fairly modest peanut notes; I wouldn't have pegged it as a peanut butter stout if I didn't have the bottle in from of me, but it does have a touch of sweetness and earthiness that provides a good balance against the grain bill. Very enjoyable.
