Deep black body which is perfectly still.
Maple, roasty coconuts, and cognac, all is in the nose
The taste follows with a complex and utterly layered character. The cognac is amazing in there. The taste is gourmet and balanced.
The mouthfeel is a bit thick but not overly thick. There is a sweetness to it but in complete balance with the roastiness and the cognac character.
This is a world-class brew. Another example of why La Débauche is the best French brewery and even one the best brewery in Europe.
