Full pour tap hit at V&B Vins & Biers, Copans Caffarelli, Toulouse, FR.
Arrived fully frothed by the smiling bartender. Stayed and laced all the way down.
Aroma of passionfruit and piney hops.
Tastes the same., doesn’t have the full-hop thang the great DIPAs have. Falls a bit short. Mid bitterness rounds it out.
Mouth is full and smooth, medium carbonation.
Overall, this riff on American DIPA falls short,., maybe not enough hop bite to stand out. Still, La Debauche is a great French brewery and I like their stuff.,.
