Bigger one in the already big family of La Débauche's Sacred Heart.
Sold as an eisbocked barrel aged imperial stout at 30.0% ABV, this does not disapoint. Strong but not particulary boozy for the high abv. It lacks a bit of roasted notes whichs make you wonder if it's really based on an imperial stout. It has some brown sugar, tobacco, leather, and nuts notes.
Quite sweet it doesn't excel as the first one did nor delivers a complex and balance impression as the second one.
Still it is an impressive work and I'm awaiting to try the third version (aged in Cognac barrels).
