Copenhagen 3/11 2021. 47,3 cl can from Fish & Beer, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. The can design is geometric figures in different shades of green.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale neon yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a subtle sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a more prominent citrus sour scent. Peach and orange. Citrus and lemon. Sour twist.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry,
Fairly light and deliciously sourishly bitter. Good one.
