Golden peach and cloudy, no visible carbonation and 2 fingers of off white head.
Smells grassy, hoppy, of fresh cut hay and peaches, with hints of battery acid.
Peaches and big bitterness, kind of a long, dull bitterness. Very fruity, again, more stone fruit, and a hint of grapefruit pith.
Medium, slightly syrupy body, with moderate to low, frothy carbonation.
Got this in St. Jean Port Joli, Quebec when we spent Christmas there. Drinking in Muskoka, ON, Feb 3rd, 2018. Decent brew for the style, out of a remote part of Quebec.

Bottle: Poured a bright blonde color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral citrusy notes with some grapefruit notes is quite enticing. Taste is a refreshing mix of zesty grapefruit with some floral citrus notes and light resinous notes with hints of residuals agar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super flavorful and enjoyable IPA with very subtle bitterness.

Bottled Feb. 5, 2016, fresh IPA!
Pours a hazy amber body with a decent thick head. Juicy and resiny aroma. First sip is a complete surprise: all malt with slightly green bitterness around the edges. Some spicy pepper in the aftertaste. Wow, even after subsequent sips, this is barely a pale ale, let alone an IPA. A great let-down and not a could start for a new brewer. There are plenty of IPA options other than this one.

Poured from a glass bottle to a nonic pint glass. It was bottled 5 days ago, I don't think I ever got a beer as fresh as this.
Nice golden color with some amber hues, small white head but it stays there for a while with nice lacing. Intense hop smell, I get bananas, grapefruits and citrus mostly. Also there's some nice malt aromas. Malts are more present than most American IPA I've had, but it pairs really well with the hops that you taste after having tasted the malts. Medium bitterness, nice feel in the mouth and dangerously easy to drink.
