Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color ale with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of nice smooth scotch notes with some woody notes, some chocolate malt notes and light roasted notes. Taste is a complex mix of black chocolate notes with some residual sugar notes and super smooth notes of woody scotch with light warming alcohol notes. Body is full with nice thick body and oily texture with some good carbonation and some warming alcohol notes are perceptible. World-class barrel-aged stout.
