A unique place with plenty of space for everyone and a lively drinking area with a good atmosphere having various taps covering a variety of different styles and all the beers I tried were pretty good.

Visited during COVID on a Sunday, noonish as the turnaround in my run. Sat outside. Pretty busy. There was a doggy event happening with a food truck just for dogs.
V - lots of people appreciating the beers. Great location next to Mosaic but the crowd is not real beer centric.
Q - This is their major problem. The beer is average to below average and not exactly cheap. Add on the automatic 15% service charge (I get no choice) and I have a hard time giving these folks any love over the quality of their beer.
Ser - I understand that it’s COVID, but I am not big on the electronic order platform which makes the entire experience sterile. BTW, that app charges a service fee as well. Servers were certainly polite but service was slow at times.
Sel - Caboose has a nice varied selection. Something for everyone’s taste. 4.0

Vibe: Fantastic vibe - tons of outdoor seating with music along with a solid amount of indoor seating. Somewhat rustic, but city like as well. Spent some nice summer days/nights at this place.
Quality: The beer is alright - some are better than others; I've tried about 12 or so varieties, and none are really worth writing home about, but the food is pretty good which helps kind of offset the somewhat disappointing beer.
Service: Fast service for booth food and beer with pretty reasonable prices
Selection - A good selection, typically a dozen or so on tap. However, varieties are somewhat redundant at times.
Food - Food is pretty good and at a great price. I've never really been disappointed with their food.

Caboose is a great stop off the W & OD bike trail. The food is always delicious and folks are nice. I look forward to my next visit.

Hopefully moving into the Mosaic District will fix the parking woes, but it's still hard not to like their current location off the W&OD Bike Trail. Their dishes are small but robust, and hopefully you catch them when a burger is on the menu - a reservation is a must if you're going to dine there. Standout beers include the End of the Line Kolsch, Half-Wit, and Boxcar Brown.

Great American fare with a strong selection of house-brewed beer dispensed in a lofty, industrial space with a patio located right next to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail. Highly Recommended

Vibe:
Great vibe! The taproom is beautiful, the outside has heat lamps for the cooler months, and there's a great balance of casual-but-nice going on. Taproom-like feel, but with the full fine dining experience, minus the pretensions.
Quality:
Everything about this place is high quality, from the beers to the decorum. Really nice place serving really nice craft brews.
Service:
Fabulous service. Reservations are available, and waitstaff are what you'd expect from a good fine dining establishment.
Selection:
Great selection of brews on tap when I went. Not so many that you can't try them all, but enough to keep you interested throughout an evening or so that any combination of beer geeks will find something that suits their preferences or mood.
Food:
Excellent. This was the high point for me. Rarely does food at a brewery reach the level of the kind of fine dining restaurant where you'd go specifically for the food. Many higher end breweries are putting more focus on food, but usually this just results in higher quality burgers and pizza and other standard pub food options. Caboose is an exception, as it offers lots of sharable, tapas style small plates, with items that harmonize fine dining with comfort food. Examples include goat cheese grits, crispy Virginia pork belly, or gnocchi with roast chicken. Everything was awesome. This is a place I'd highly recommend for dinner even if you're not in the mood for beer.

This is a nice place. Bring your date and don't let the outside fool you. Don't look like much on the outside. Brews are great quality and food is served in small sharable portions. Nice quality.

Located at the end of an industrial building adjacent to the W&OD trail. I've frequently passed the brewery on the trail and finally visited on a Monday night. Interior is a mix of reclaimed wood and metals, nice feel. Brewery is visible behind the bar. Not too busy, lots of tables available. Service was prompt and friendly. Food quality is excellent and I like the concept of small plates, but the pricing is definitely Vienna/DC. That was my only knock on the food. They were out of a few beers but still had 5 taps plus 2 guest beers. Beer was solid although again a little pricey for a sampler. Definitely nice to have a new addition nearby. Will visit again but maybe not as much as I'd like to due to prices.

At the end of a dead end road in an industrial park, the Caboose can be hard to find if you're driving there. By bicycle, it's hard to miss - it's along the W.O.&D. Trail, about a half mile north of downtown Vienna.
The restaurant/brew pub is nice inside - much better than the typical industrial park brewery. There is outdoor seating, too.
10 beers were offered, available in 1/2 pints, pints ($6) and 4-beer flights ($10). There six beers we tried were all good representatives of their style, but none strayed far from the style. The food is good - farm to table - but overpriced. And no burgers were on the lunch menu.

Just visited this place once, so will have to adjust this review over next couple if visits.
Initial thoughts:
Parking cannot a bit of a pain. If you are newly heading there... Yes, keep on going.
Even though in a warehouse (umm - brewery in a warehouse district ;)??!?), the place inside is decently nice. They seem to have a decent capacity for brewing in a somewhat small location, and also seem to have a focus on the "pub" dude of brewpub, with farm-to-table small plates with a couple of full meals.
They offered 11 beers and a cider (not sure if they made it), ranging from lighter Kölsch and lagers to a stout. The lighter beers weren't impressive to me (too sweet), but the hoppy side - pale ales - were all pretty solid. The darker brews were enjoyable - as was the Berlinerweiss, the one lighter standout.
Went Ina Wednesday, and I can't know how crowded it can get, but the edit staff was pretty damn good. With the same service on repeated visits, I'd go up a notch at least. Glad to have tried it and interested in future trips here.

Only two miles from my house, I have been anticipating having a brewpub this close since the signs first appeared more than a year ago. The town of Vienna makes opening a place serving alcohol as difficult as possible, so it has been slow. Having a soft opening in May, not all permits have been cleared (no food service in the outside terrace) as of June 1, 2015.
Located at the end of a warehouse/industrial area along what is now the WO&D bike trail, the location has difficulties. I walk or bike there but drivers would be advised to park a few blocks away and walk the trial, which is pleasant.
The building is nice for a converted warehouse space, the bar and dining having high ceilings and plenty of light.
I have only tried the beer which is uniformly good if not spectacular. A good IPA and a very good Rye IPA are my favorites but there is also a Citra Wheat they is good for the summertime.
** 2018 Update: Beer selection has improved, still have not eaten there $$$.
