No deep or complex and Al. Almost a citrusy feel to it which is weird when you’re expecting a dark water taste.

On Tap.. Pours a mahogany color with a tan head and lacing. Smell is chocolate malt coffee and vanilla . Taste is sweet and creamy mocha/coffee with roasted malts vanilla and chocolate . Mouth feel is sweet and creamy and light for the style ,tasty.

Poured a black body with great head and constant lace ring. Mildly roasted chocolate malt aroma with some burnt edges. Smooth, creamy, light, slightly roasted taste with touch of lactic feel and some chocolate before a dry finish. It is a nice-smelling and easy-drinking beer, but other than those aspects there's not much in the flavor department but it is worth trying.

Served in a pint glass, nitro draft.
Appearance: Dark chocolate with a dark beige head that quickly reduces to half of a cm, then a few mm, and quickly just a sliver. Heavy layered lacing.
Smell: Smokey roasted malt, dark chocolate
Taste: Smokey roasted malt without much depth; a by the book stout. No sweetness, long bitter grape peel finish.
Mouth: Just a bit more viscous than water. A few minutes after it's poured, I couldn't tell it was on nitro. Very light for a milk stout; especially on nitro.
Overall: Heavy roast aroma coupled with light body would lead me to think this a smoked stout before a milk stout. Not something I'd order again.

4 oz from Brewery on NITRO. Their 4th batch. Hints of chocolate, ash, roasty malt & coffee, Very smooth! I was told its better without the Nitro. I'll have to try it. 4.00
