On tap at Levity. Black color with a smoky bitterness. Opens up quite nicely as it warms. Flavor evolves into an almost chocolate cordial cherry.

I had this brew not long after they opened. Back then, there was no complexity and it was watery. Time has improved this beer. Poured black with a thin tan head. Little lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel and molasses. Taste followed the nose. Little hop presence. Nice medium body and carbonation. Levity has really improved this stout. Will have again!

Leah says this is up there in "good" beers! Licorice, molasses, and great bitter! Very thick, but nicely balanced in all respects! Nothing about this is Imperial!
Having again, at the brewery in Indiana, Dave's birthday, 2022.
Cold mineral on the nose. Irony, slightly sweet, good tongue coating, slightly sweet.
