From the label: Our 2018 Brett Saison features a blend of beers aged in oak on three strains of Brettanomyces yeast. Sitting in barrels from 13-24 months yielded an exceptionally dry yet complex beer. Subtle funk, straw, bread crust, caramel, and even nuttiness all express themselves before a light acidity refreshes the palate on the finish.

Brewed in 2018 the bottled a couple years later. Appearance is a vibrant light orange with a small amount of fizzy short-lived head. Aroma is wonderful. I can be hit or miss on brett, but this has a wonderful light funk, subtle oak and faint lemongrass that just works.
Brett is more pronounced on the tongue, but still maintains enough restraint so as to not overpower. The result is a really nice balance of funk, wood, and (and this is what I love about saisons) some flavors that defy description but taste great. Slightly under carbonated, light and easy drinking.
Overall, very enjoyable.

Received as an extra in a trade and shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice clear honey hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a light halo and thin wisps.
S - Big aromas of complex funky brett. Really pleasant sourness, and faint barrel, nice lighter vanilla oak, excellent clean saison yeast and flashes of cider vinegar.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice bigger vanilla buttery oak, good saison funk and big brett notes. Quite dry with decent acidity and tartness, however, it doesn't pop as much as the nose.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, bit thin, almost slick.
O - Overall this was a solid enough brett saison. I wish there was more brett funk vs sourness but it was still pleasant.

THanks to rudzud
Pours a mild foamy bubbly head with lower retention, a bit of lacing, semi hazy medium golden orange color
Nose brings lots of tart lambicus Brett funk, sour apricots and tart citrus fruits, a touch of cherry maybe, some vanilla but nice buttery oak, a little apple cider note, some farmhouse but not barnyard funk, little winey vinous note as well
TAste more souring funk, Brett lambicus like souring fruit, tart apricot, sour apple, apple cider with mild vinous white wine again, into fair buttery oak and a little vanilla, mild farmhouse funk again but no barnyard, bit of acidity, some tree fruits, light bitterness, basic saison malt, dry gritty finish almost but not quite astringent
Mouth is med bod, carb seems lower than it should be, fair tart acidity
Overall pretty good, nice funk overall, doesn't have much carbonation which detracts a bit, and there isn't much funk like barnyard funk I was hoping for, but the Brett that's there is nice, barrel is nice, so mixed
