At first glance you wouldn’t think a combination like a Gose & salted caramel would work, but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this beer. The body is light & crisp, the tartness is measured and the salted caramel is authentic without being cloying. Having that tartness with a more common dessert flavor provides a fun contrast on the palate and, simply put, just tasted good.
