This is touted as a patersbier, which I am not massively familiar with. Looking it up it seems to be a style that is favored by trappist monk brewers for their day to day beer. In that sense this offering from Company is a light, sessionable ale with some interesting nuances. Has a yeasty element to it with a dried apricot note. Thin to non existent head with little carbonation present.
