On tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance - Hazy deep orange. Nice white head and good lacing.
Smell - Orange hops. Some toasty malt and caramel sweetness.
Taste - Orange, grapefruit. Very nice hop flavor. Juicy and a little sweet. Less malty than the nose implied, but there's some caramel in the back end. Hefty hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Medium body. Well carbonated.
Overall - First Copperpoint beer I've tried. Well made. No impurities and it has a very nice hop flavor.

This IPA wasn't bad, just nothing special about it that would make you have it again. Looks good but didn't have much head. I wasn't getting much aroma which I find a must for an IPA. It tasted very plain. I get plenty of bitter hops, but the profile is neither tropical, piney, citrus or dank. It just doesn't have much personality or distinctiveness. The drinkability was probably the most lacking. It wasn't exactly easy drinking.

One Love IPA 5 oz pour on tap
A: light Amber great clarity nice creamy looking head
S: resiny a little bit of that hop candy nose catching hints of a citrus and a little bit of an off flavor and a good dose of sweet malts on the end
T: a little muddled with a touch of citrus and an unpleasant after taste a little of an onion garlic flavor
M: medium sits on the tongue a bit
O: Its rare I run into a beer anymore where I pick up that onion garlic taste and this is one of them. I am not a fan of this beer but it is worth a try at the brewery

A great beer. I will probably get a lot of flak for this, but it is a very similar beer to Jai Alai. Plus, it's a close tie as to which is better. Arrives in the pint glass at the brewery a beautiful amber color win a frothy white head with some substance. Aroma is pure hop goodness with some caramel and that malty smell that seems to be more present in fresh-as-shit beer like this: one of my favorite smells on Erf! Taste is damn near perfect for the style. Body IS perfect; smooth, creamy, rich, perfect carbonation, slightly chewy. In my opinion, 6.5% is the absolute perfect abv for a beer. Just enough to get me feelin' somethin' after one but not so much that two knock me out. I can drink more of these than Jai Alai, making this a perfectly reasonable and sane go-to beer for any occasion.

Very solid IPA. Has a fair amount of malt presence but it doesn't dominate the taste (I hate malty IPAs). Tough to place the hop flavors but best description I can give is: earthy, citrus, pineapple, grass and pine. Not QUITE amazing but very worth trying at least one growler. Great folks over at the brewery too.
