Great beer. A little better than neighbor Due South's Cat 5 not quite 90 min. ipa

This was the best beer I drank at the brewery although I was impressed by many of their beers. In my opinion it's the best DIPA I've had from any brewery in Florida (edit 11/9/16 - I've had better DIPAs from Civil Society). The malt is just sweet enough to give the beer balance but doesn't take away from the nice hop bite. The abv is well hidden and the beer goes down very smooth which can also be dangerous. Had to get a water chaser so I could drive home. If you're in the area you definitely need to come to this brewery and try this beer and the many other solid selections.
