On-tap at Batch Gastropub, Miami, FL

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a finger high creamy dense light tan head that has excellent retention properties and hardly died down.
S: Moderate aromas of espresso beans are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of cream along with notes of espresso beans. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very smooth and creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the combination of an espresso stout and a cream stout to be very interesting.

Serving type: nitro-tap

5 oz pour on tap on nitro

A: nice deep obsidian color big creamy nitro head

S: a very nice creamy coffee nose with some nuttiness and chocolate

T: lots of nice roasted coffee taste with touches of Chocolate not overly sweet like some stouts

M: creamy and a little dry which is very nice

O: extremely well done coffee stout the coffee flavor is very rich but you can pick out hints of the stout underneath I do not like beers on nitro but this one does not suffer from it
