For a new place they are off to a decent start with their experimentation and varied styles of the brews, but to eat there... forget about it. It was such a disappointment with the terrible service even though the place was about 2/3 full and fully staffed, it took them 3x to get my meal right... The beer just wasn't good enough to put up with their excuses again. Steer clear. Go to Abordage a block away.

Popped in on a Friday afternoon around 2pm so it wasn't very busy. Had great service and chatted up some of the staff about the operation here. They were really nice and informative. This is one of the up and coming breweries in QC I am keeping my eye on. They work with a lot of wild stuff and have acquired quite a bit of barrels. I think there are great things that are coming from these guys. Sampled a Brett IPA that was fantastic, they also had a nice Brett Porter that was surprisingly well balanced, a Grisett and a wonderful Session Brett ale in collaboration with Isle de Garde in Montreal. The place has a great vintage vibe to it and I always love a place that you can see them brew the beers
