Nearly clear bright gold color. Smaller dense head. Plentiful spots in between the occasional streak.
Grassy/weedy smell from the fresh hop. Subtle malt.
Not as dry as a brut can be but it’ll do. The malt, while dry, has a berry presence. The hop is subdued but dominant. Decent body for a dry beer. The carbonation is neutral. The finish is actually well balanced but the bitterness from the hop lingers longest in the aftertaste.
