Tap pour at the Lakeside bar. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Cloudy, deep gold colored body. Off white head. Web lacing left behind.
Aroma is faint with toasted malts and citrus.
Taste is overall sweet, with a bitter bite coming at the end. Flavors come from the toasted malts and hops that yield citrus and pine. The hop flavors come to the top in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp and bitter finish. Very good carbonation.
Unadorned but straightforward for a high hopped IPA. Odd body clarity.
