On the darkest day each year, we release our massive Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout! Huge flavor notes of chocolate and coffee with a sweet bourbon accent and an incredibly smooth and full body makes this a truly unique beer that completely hides the formidable alcohol content!

2022 Vintage
A - Pitch black pour with incredibly dense, toffee, colored cream resting on top.
S - Chocolate roast, chocolate char, charcoal, and a slight bit of acidic character on the nose.
T - Coffee, followed with alcohol, then chocolate roast, a little bit of char, more alcohol, toasted cocoa, and Bourbon. Ends balanced and the 15% in this beer is not shy by any means.
M - Big, light syrupy, thick, silky viscous, leaves a sugary residue on the lips and heat in the back of the throat.
O - A little Bourbon / alcohol forward that detracts somewhat from the beer but not overbearing.
