A - Pours black, with a reddish-brown tinge, and a light tan head. Starting moderate height but fluffy, but quickly fades to a nearly complete thin tap. Small bubble lacing.
S - Strong hit of roasted malts, with a bit of coffee and chocolate, and just a bit of acidity.
T - Lush bread-like malts, chocolate and coffee mingles with a mildly fruity sweetness, and a finish delivers strong bitterness.
M - Moderate weight, pretty big for the ABV, with a clean quick close. Solid.
O - A well-built milk stout, tasty without getting cloying or harsh. Nicely done.
