Pyramid of Heaven is a Kellerbier, meaning cellar beer, brewed in collaboration with our good friends at The Runaway Brewery in Stockport.
We brewed this German-style rustic lager with British grains and hops, including a proportion of flaked spelt from the North East, hopped with Sovereign in the kettle and then gently dry hopped with Opus.

Pours a hazy yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is bready and a bit yeasty with notes of knäckebröd, toast and citrus with some sweet and fruity hints.
Taste is crisp and bready with some yeasty hints. Notes of knäckebröd, wheat dough, toast and citrus. Moderate bitterness with some fruity, almost tart hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Kellerbier, supremely drinkable.
