Picsel (Welsh for Pixel) is a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Elusive Brewing in Finchampstead.
This lean, crisp, and bitter IPA is loaded with Eclipse, Chinook, Columbus, Citra and Simcoe hops—showcasing classic citrus and resinous pine, supported by splashes of tropical fruit.

Pours a semi clear light amber with soft, soapy head.
Smell is fruity with notes of pie, grapefruit, citrus peel, grass, green tea and caramel.
Taste is crisp and fruity with a solid bitterness. Notes of pine, grapefruit, grass, peach and tea with some hints of caramel. Superb balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a fantastic modern IPA, super drinkable but absolutely packed with flavor.
