Copenhagen 20/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Purple can with small figures surfing abstract waves and the logo of Wild Horse and Siren.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as ax paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Lemon and lime. Whiff of tart citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thi, watery, lively and tingling texture. A little fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Lively and tart.
