Copenhagen 28/4 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Can in different shades of green and with breweries little orange logo in the center.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, lumpy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a tart and a little bit sharp citric scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and tart berries. Currants and gooseberries. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter bordering on sour Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid display of NZ hops.
