This Blonde inspired me to take the leap into Craft Beer. Balancing simple country malt with Great Northwest Valley floral hops is what makes this beer so special. Enjoy!

Poured from 12-ounce can into a straight-sided mug. Ever so slightly hazy pale amber color, with three fingers of soft white head that left some sticky lacing. Lots of complexity in the aroma and flavor profiles. Bready malts with a lightly-roasted character are up front, with grassy and herbal hop notes and a light floral undertones. The mouthfeel is surprisingly substantial, and there is quite a bit of bitterness on the finish despite the relatively low IBU. This is an excellent food beer, but quite nice as a stand-alone sipper as well.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This new brew to the Cincy area pours
a lightly cloudy yellowish amber with a nice head of white foam that fades
to a thick big bubbled ring, thin light layer, and features some darn nice
soapy lacing. Nose shows light floral notes, medium strong grain notes,
subtle honey, and herbal hop notes. Flavors follow the nose with with herbal hops
and a lightly sweet floral note that is hard to put ones finger on that
fades fast into a strong grain and herbal hop note. Medium mouth feel, medium
light carbonation, and a lightly dry finish that is a touch watery.
Overall, glad to have tried this one, but it could use a touch of finesse. It does
improve with warmth, but still lacks. That said glad to see a new brewer in Ohio
and look forward to trying some of their other offerings.
Cheers

Poured from the tap into a mug. Light amber with moderate white head leaving just a little lace behind. Mild floral notes with a little bit hoppy finish.
