A pour into a pilsner glass yielded a barely hazy straw color with about an inch of white head and nice lacing. Looks Kolschy. Check.
The smell is oddly weak compared to most pumpkin beers. I smell malts and some biscuit, but the pie or baking spices are very muted - so much so that I smelled it and said "Okay...?" Kinda disappointing.
Taste is Kolschy, but it simply doesn't live up to the name "pumpkin pie kolsch." Ultimately, it disappoints here.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp.
Overall, not bad, but not something I'd recommend.
