This Cascadian Ale is brewed with four varieties of malts and three varieties of hops. Upfront notes of citrus, specifically lemon, mellow out into hints of milk chocolate, coffee and robust flavors with a slightly dry piny finish makes this a perfect stout lovers IPA.

Pours pitch black with a light tan head that slowly appears. Smells like chocolate and some citrus. Tastes like citrus and pine and then morphs into roasty chocolate. Feels thick in your mouth. Great example of a black IPA.
