La Maquila is the only brewpub in Sevilla, and what a good brewpub it is!
5 house beers on tap and 1 guest (Populus Amber ale). They make modern American-style brews and they do them right:
The Wire IPA (6.0%) is nice, 4.0. Nara APA 6.0% 3.3, Dunn Kolsch 4.5% 3.0, bland. Sloth Pumpkin 7.0% 4.2, Porter 1800 5.6% 4.4 creamy, roasty, almost imperial. Saison Mayo (bottle) 6.8% 3.75
Knowledgeable, friendly bartenders. Cool place with a youngish clientele. Gets busy, though, not a lot of room. Beers served in 28cl (2 euro) and 47cl (3 euro).
