August 2023.
33 cl bottle. Immediately fragrant aromas of tropical fruit and citrus on the nose.
When poured, it produces a normal foam, soft but which never disappears completely.
Deep blonde color, tending towards orange, not very opaque.
In the mouth usually drunk full from a gustatory point of view: explosion of exotic and summer fruit (passion fruit, melon, yellow peach, ripe plums/plums) which is counterbalanced by a more sour and bitter taste of citrus fruits (grapefruit, cedar, orange peel) with herbaceous reflections. Malty note in the background.
The finish is dry, moderately bitter which cleans the tongue and leaves fruitiness on the palate.
The beer has a medium body and is well carbonated.
Beer with a full and enveloping flavor with a slightly bitter finish.
